TECHNOLOGY AND FACILITIES

FAR is housed in a very modern facility equipped with the latest star-of-the-art technology and equipment. Every product starts at the design centre, where it is designed using the latest CAD/CAM software. Once the design is approved, it then goes to the planning section, which chalks out a schedule for all the stages. From planning, it proceeds to the production section, which comprises the machine shop, the quality department, and the assembly section. Almost all production is done in-house on the shop floor, which is equipped with a CNC turning centre, VMC’s, jigboring, a planning machine, a cylindrical grinding machine, surface grinders, etc.
Quality is checked at every stage and on every single part. Once the final assembly is done, it undergoes a final quality check and then goes to the shipping department.
